RETURNS

REQUESTS FOR RETURN MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE INVOICE DATE AND A STANDARD 20% RE-STOCKING FEE APPLIES TO ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

An RA# (return authorization) must be obtained from Outright Hunting Products, LLC and is valid 14 days from issued date. Returned merchandise should be shipped in the original carton and must be in resale condition. If merchandise is returned with scratches and or damaged partsOutright Hunting Products, LLC reserves the right to adjust the amount of the credit to cover the cost of replacement parts. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING

All orders are subject to review and upon approval will be processed and shipped. Once an order has been processed, delivery time depends on chosen delivery method upon checkout.

BILLING

We accept all major credit cards.  Credit cards will be charged upon placing your order.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY PROVISION

Outright Hunting Products LLC (“Seller”) or any of its representatives will not be liable to you (“Buyer”) or any third party for consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or enhanced damages, lost profits or revenues or diminution in value, arising out of, or relating to, and/or in connection with buyer’s use of the product, regardless of (A) whether such damages were foreseeable, (B) whether or not seller was advised of the possibility of such damages and (C) the legal or equitable theory (Contract, tort, or otherwise) upon which the claim is based. Buyer agrees that seller’s liability will be limited to the price of the goods purchased by buyer.
